Cancellation Policy for Storage Space Rental Agreements

Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to cancel this contract. You may also use our electronic cancellation function for this purpose. 

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired. 

Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this reimbursement.

If you requested that the service should begin during the cancellation period, you shall pay us an appropriate amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you inform us of the exercise of the right of cancellation in respect of this contract, compared with the total scope of the services provided for in the contract. 

Your right of cancellation expires prematurely if the contract has been fully performed at your express request before you have exercised your right of cancellation. 

Electronic Cancellation Function

You can also exercise your cancellation via our electronic cancellation function. If you make use of this option, we will promptly send you confirmation of receipt of such a cancellation on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail).
