Who is IhrLagerplatz.de?
“IhrLagerplatz” was established in Augsburg back in 2011. Founder and owner Michael Reisert had the idea of developing a storage concept for Germany while staying in the USA. After returning, he found suitable, centrally located premises on Bleichstraße in Augsburg and opened the first storage facility there.
Since 2017, we have also been offering new, spacious storage units / storage areas in the Augsburg district of Lechhausen.
We have made it our mission to find the right storage solution for every need, whether private or commercial. We currently serve our customers in Augsburg with a storage area of approx. 8,000 m².

What does self-storage mean?
Self-storage means “self-storage” and is the modern form of storage. It refers to the personal storing and removing of items, such as furniture, goods, or files and personal belongings, in individual, secure, and lockable rental rooms (storage boxes) of various sizes. Simply put, a storage box can be described as a secure, dry, clean, and bright storage room.
