Privacy Policy:

Data Protection

Using our website is generally possible without providing personal data. If personal data (for example, name, address, or email addresses) is collected on our pages, this is always done, as far as possible, on a voluntary basis. This data will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent.

We would like to point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g., when communicating via email) may have security vulnerabilities. A complete protection of the data from access by third parties is not possible.

The use of contact data published within the scope of the imprint obligation by third parties for sending unsolicited advertisements and information materials is hereby expressly objected to. The operators of the pages expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the case of the unsolicited sending of promotional information, such as spam emails.

Privacy Policy for the use of Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies,” text files that are stored on your computer and that allow an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie regarding your use of this website is usually transmitted to a server of Google in the USA and stored there. In the event that IP anonymization is activated on this website, your IP address will, however, be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area beforehand.

Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a server of Google in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activities, and to provide further services related to website usage and Internet usage to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser within the framework of Google Analytics will not be merged with other data from Google.

You can prevent the storage of cookies by a corresponding setting of your browser software; however, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all features of this website to their full extent. Furthermore, you can prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) to Google as well as the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de.

Privacy Policy for the use of Google AdSense

This website uses Google AdSense, a service for integrating advertisements from Google Inc. (“Google”). Google AdSense uses “cookies,” which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. Google AdSense also uses web beacons (invisible graphics). These web beacons allow information such as visitor traffic on these pages to be evaluated.

The information generated by cookies and web beacons about your use of this website (including your IP address) and the delivery of advertising formats is transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. This information may be passed on by Google to Google's contractual partners. However, Google will not merge your IP address with other data stored about you.

You can prevent the installation of cookies by adjusting your browser software settings accordingly; however, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this website to their full extent. By using this website, you consent to the processing of data about you by Google in the manner and for the purposes set out above.

Privacy Policy for the use of Google +1

Collection and sharing of information:

You can use the Google +1 button to publish information worldwide. The Google +1 button allows you and other users to receive personalized content from Google and our partners. Google stores both the information that you have given a +1 for a piece of content and information about the page you were viewing when you clicked +1. Your +1s may be displayed as references along with your profile name and photo in Google services, such as in search results or in your Google profile, or in other places on websites and ads on the Internet.

Google records information about your +1 activity to improve Google services for you and others. To use the Google +1 button, you need a globally visible, public Google profile that must contain at least the name you have chosen for your profile. This name is used in all Google services. In some cases, this name may also replace another name you have used when sharing content via your Google account. The identity of your Google profile may be displayed to users who know your email address or have other identifying information about you.

Use of collected information:

In addition to the uses described above, the information you provide will be used in accordance with the applicable Google privacy policy. Google may publish or share aggregated statistics about users' +1 activity with users and partners, such as publishers, advertisers, or affiliated websites.

Privacy Policy for Calendly Appointment Booking Form

We have embedded an appointment booking form on our website that is operated by Calendly LLC, 271 17th St NW, Ste 1000, Atlanta, Georgia, 30363, United States (“Calendly”).

When you visit one of our pages equipped with an appointment booking form, a connection to Calendly's servers is established. This transmits which of our pages you have visited. Calendly also receives your IP address. If you enter your data such as your name, email address, and phone number in one of the appointment booking forms, this data is also transmitted to Calendly. Calendly processes personal data on our behalf. You can access the data processing agreement between us and Calendly at the following link: https://calendly.com/pages/dpa. You can access a German translation of this agreement via Google Translate here: https://translate.google.com/translate?hl=&sl=auto&tl=de&u=https%3A%2F%2Fcalendly.com%2Fpages%2Fdpa. Under this agreement, Calendly is required to take measures to ensure the confidentiality of the data processed.

For more information on how Calendly processes your personal data, please visit: https://calendly.com/de/pages/privacy. You can access a German translation using Google Translate here: https://translate.google.com/translate?hl=&sl=auto&tl=de&u=https%3A%2F%2Fcalendly.com%2Fde%2Fpages%2Fprivacy

Calendly calls up the Google Analytics tracker via an iFrame/JavaScript in which the appointment booking form is called up. This is Calendly's own tracking, over which we have no influence or access. You can prevent tracking by Google Analytics by using the deactivation tools that Google offers for some Internet browsers. You can also prevent Google from collecting and processing the data generated by Google Analytics and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Calendly is a company based in the USA. With the Schrems II decision of the European Court of Justice (C-311/18), the adequacy decision for data transfers to the USA, the so-called Privacy Shield Agreement, was declared invalid. The European Court of Justice found that the US does not ensure an adequate level of data protection. In particular, there is a risk that personal data may be accessed by US authorities for control and surveillance purposes and that no effective legal remedies are available. The transfer, processing, and/or storage of personal data by Calendly is therefore based on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses pursuant to Art. 46 (2) (c) GDPR. You can find these provisions in the data processing agreement we have concluded with Calendly: https://calendly.com/pages/dpa. A German translation of this agreement is available via Google Translate here: https://translate.google.com/translate?hl=&sl=auto&tl=de&u=https%3A%2F%2Fcalendly.com%2Fpages%2Fdpa. Where necessary, additional technical and organizational measures will be taken if an adequate level of data protection cannot otherwise be guaranteed.

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is your consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR.

However, when you visit our appointment booking pages, cookies may be set by Calendly if you consent to the use of Calendly. Your consent establishes a connection to Calendly via iFrame/JavaScript, which enables the booking of appointments. In the course of this connection, Calendly may set cookies on your device. The use of these cookies serves, on the one hand, to make the use of our offer more pleasant for you. For example, Calendly uses so-called session cookies to recognize that you have already visited individual booking pages. On the other hand, Calendly uses cookies to statistically record the use of the appointment booking form and to evaluate it for the purpose of optimization for you.

Further information on the use of cookies by Calendly can be found here: https://help.calendly.com/hc/en-us/articles/360007385493-Cookie-FAQs. A German translation of this information is available here: https://translate.google.com/translate?sl=auto&tl=fr&u=https://help.calendly.com/hc/en-us/articles/360007385493-Cookie-FAQs

The data processed by technical cookies is necessary for the purposes mentioned above to safeguard our legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data by functional cookies is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR.
